I don't have a second favourite team.
As for the other three games a round, I'll support any team except the scum which helps us on the ladder.

How can you have a second favourite team in a field of only 8 teams?
If there was a second tier of competition, a lot more teams and promotion and relegation, then there'd be room for another club to follow, but 8 is too small a number to divide your loyalties with IMHO.

nothin bad about loyalty there...maybe if I had MV jersey and was supporting them diehard style but i dont. I have only ever watch one game of MV playin another team (Rd21 vs Sydney) (didnt even watch GF last year!)
When mariners win away games I sometimes squel for joy- never did that for MV!

I usually only watch other HAL games, if there's some importance to what is happening with the Mariners ie: the run into the Finals series and who won the Premiership - or who we ended up playing in the GF. IF I had Foxtel on at home, I'd probably watch a few more games, but that's about it.
