ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

f**king ballwatching. Absolutely no excuse for him to be unmarked there.
Staj needs to come down hard on players pulling that shit now. It's plagued us for years. Anybody falling asleep can nap on the bench next week. We just can't afford it.
That one moment of laziness has said 'f**k you' to the efforts of the rest of the team for the other 90 minutes. It's basically that chick who took a lie down in the olympic rowing.

The boys have lost focus now. That goal has done us in. f**king inexcusable, Miller. Unfortunately we've only looked like scoring...maybe twice all game. We've struggled with good final options tonight.

Bouman slows down the game alot, and so does Miller. Those two together have f**ked this second half. They wait for the defender to come to them and numerous times have f**ked it up.

Our attacking structure has been utterly nonexistent for the last 20 minutes. Kick it in the vague direction of another attacker and hope they can figure out what to do with the pill.

Muller isn't doing anything good - why are we making him look so good?

Really disappointing way to finish what was otherwise a cracker of a match.

Yeah Miller was a bit nervous and lost ball should have kept.
We should have waited our time a bit longer before.

Staj got outsubbed and a little off timings a few times.

Maybe a wrong time to give new guy a go but mainly just to much risk.

In a way should have play for a draw then waited for the right opportunity

Our subs were atrocious.....some Okon level subbing tonight.
Kept pulling off the players that were holding the team together. Kuol was having a good game, Nisbet WAS the team....even DDS was making a nuisance of himself.
Gut our attack, replace them with 2 newbies...and of course our structure collapses.

Smylie was outclassed tonight, I thought. He just couldn't find enough space for himself.

We were very good again tonight, there’s been a lot of work in the defensive structure and it really shows.

A lot of good players tonight, Nissy, (oh, if it jusy went in instead of hitting the post) Ollie, Stens, but I really liked the Tongyik and Roles contribution, that’s developing into a good little combination.

The difference, their subs won them the game.

Smylie was a weird one for me, unless Kuol had an injury, that's where the structure fell
I think it was the yellow hanging over him.

Ultimately we just don’t have much depth to sub through at the moment. Get the imports fit and you can bring Simon off the bench for structure, or rest either DDS / Nisbet for one of the others. He’s had a good showing but we shouldn’t be relying on Smylie even as a regular sub unless injuries pop up. I think the gap was more apparent tonight than it has been for him.
