Season 2013/14 Prediction Thread

Right, here goes with my one eyed, biased views on next seasons final league table.

(Mods please move if another board makes more sense)

Regular season

1. Mariners
2. Perth
3. West Sydney
4. Brisbane
5. Victory
6. Adelaide
7. Heart
8. Wellington
9. Sydney
10. Scum

Victory,Sydney and the scum have recruited very poorly (so far) and my dark horse tip is Glory.

Go the whole hog:

Premiers - Adelaide
Champions - Adelaide (I think they're finally going to crack the Grand Final, and as long as they don't beat us I won't mind a bit)
Mariners position on the ladder - 4th. I don't think we've done a lot wrong, but it's hard to predict that we're going to be in the top 2 for a 4th consecutive season in a salary-capped league; eventually you've got to slide a little way.
Mariners player of the season - McGlinchey
Mariners top scorer - Duke
A-League top scorer - Smeltz is going to blow the cobwebs out with a great season
Wooden Spoon - Wellington. There are still some persistent structural issues over there, they might show up early doors and scare the shit out of people, but I think we're more likely to see the same old shit.
Young player of the season - No idea (that's part of the beauty of the award).
HAL Player of the season - I think Liam Miller is going to be good in Brisbane, he might be a smoky for this.
Coach of the year - Mike Mulvey
Out of the Left Field prediction(s) - Sydney's in the bottom two and Del Piero's on a plane back to Italy before Christmas.

I think the one you have right is the one from left field - ADP either brakes down or leaves half way through because they are Shite.
