ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I think soon we will call it A4 :)

among the three leagues, A-league has the best record against K-League, that's interesting as K-League used to have a better record against J-League & CSL. while A-League do not have much advantage against the J & C.

K-League W1 D3 L4 A-League
2007  Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma 2 - 2  Adelaide United Adelaide, Australia
2007  Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma 1 - 0  Adelaide United Seongnam, South Korea
2008  Chunnam Dragons 0 - 2  Melbourne Victory Melbourne, Australia
2008  Chunnam Dragons 1 - 1  Melbourne Victory Gwangyang, South Korea
2008  Pohang Steelers 0 - 2  Adelaide United Pohang, South Korea
2008  Pohang Steelers 0 - 1  Adelaide United Adelaide, Australia
2009  Pohang Steelers 0 - 0  Central Coast Mariners Gosford, Australia
2009  Ulsan Hyundai Horang-i 0 - 2  Newcastle United Jets Newcastle, Australia

the results between CSL & A-League clubs are very close, so far the two leagues communicate with each other better compare with the K & J, both in club cooperate and player transfer.

CSL W2 D5 L1 A-League
2007 Shandong Luneng 1 0  Adelaide United Adelaide, Australia
2007 Shandong Luneng 2 2  Adelaide United Jinan, China
2007 Shanghai Shenhua 1 2  Sydney FC Shanghai, China
2007 Shangahi Shenhua 0 0  Sydney FC Sydney, Australia
2008 Changchun Yatai 0 0  Adelaide United Adelaide, Australia
2008 Changchun Yatai 0 0  Adelaide United Changchun, China
2009 Beijing Guo'an 2 0  Newcastle United Jets Beijing, China
2009 Tianjin Teda 2 2  Central Coast Mariners Tianjin, China

I think the style of J-League clubs is a little difficult for A-League clubs to play against, we've seen J-League is the only league stands at a dominant position against A-League

J-League W5 D4 L1 A-League
2007 Urawa Diamonds 2-2  Sydney FC Sydney, Australia
2007 Urawa Diamonds 0-0  Sydney FC Saitama, Japan
2008 Gamba Osaka 4-3  Melbourne Victory Melbourne, Australia
2008 Gamba Osaka 2-0  Melbourne Victory Suita, Japan
2008 Kashima Antlers 1-1  Adelaide United FC Kashima, Japan
2008 Kashima Antlers 0-1  Adelaide United FC Adelaide, Australia
2008 Gamba Osaka 3-0  Adelaide United Suita, Japan
2008 Gamba Osaka 2-0  Adelaide United Adelaide, Australia
2009 Nagoya Grampus 1-1 Newcastle United Jets Nagoya, Japan
2009 Central Coast Mariners 0-5 Kawasaki Frontale Gosford, Australia

in east asian the rivals between A3 is always a interesting topic, and the history results had been very close, maybe one day we'll ween A-League rivals the 3 on and off the fields.

the head to head results of A3 Leagues in Asian competitions are

CSL W19 D12 L20 J-League
K-League W21 D8 L14 CSL
K-League W23 D14 L18 J-League
