This quote from the WorldGame website. Is their memory that poor? Two seasons ago, there were 4 teams only separated by goal difference at the top going into the last round. This year there are 3, separated by points, admittedly with more rounds to go. This race doesn't look as tight as 08 to me.

It isnt. SBS really are not even bothering to pretend they watch the a-league anymore. Foz and co can harp on about the same stuff without even watchign a game and no one notices anyway

the only problem is their getting paid good money to "perform" on tv with out really trying,
and people  (alot who dont follow football) thnk thats the standard of the league, man that sounds familiar!
