Last 2 games of one very unlucky season for the Killarney 14Bs. We have gone close to winning a couple of games, but it was just not to be. And seeing as these are 2 top of the table teams we will most likely finish the season without a win.  :(

Ahh well, 09 can only be a much better year for us!  ;)

Sat -  Killarney v Kanwal (12:30) at Edsacc.

Sun -  Killarney v East Gosford (9.30) at Edsacc.

Note: Kickoff time change for our Sunday game.

Pity about Rog mate, he was very active and vocal in defence.
It says on my game sheet you are playing at Dolyo (12:45) and AA1 are playing at home at 10:45?

Sat - KDSC 14bs lost to Kanwal 2-1.
I think we played pretty good seeing as Kanwal are coming first and killarney are coming last. If it wasn't for a dot shot it wouldv'e been all tied up at 1-1.

Bloody awesome effort. We had five players pull out before the game so we had to borrow. We played some entertaining football and to lose the game by a penalty shot in the last few minutes was unlucky.

Played our last game of the season today (17th) and in keeping in with our whole season, I had organised to borrow 4 players as I knew we would be short, only to have 2 more pull out prior to the game. We took to the pitch against East Gosford 14Bs with only 10 players (they had 13) and we went up 1-0 and dominated the first half with relative ease. 15 minutes into the 2nd half everything came unstuck with an injury reducing us to 9 players. Fatigue set in and then EG capitalized on our situation to end up beating us 6-2.

18B's won 7-3 (4-0 at halftime- we were terrible 2nd half) vs Kanwal,

u13c's SEU vs Entrance- We were away. Last round of season (although we had a game in hand)- both on 29 points (but we had superior goal diff.)- They had to win in order to take 2nd place (and then hope we draw/lose on Sunday)...we pretty much only needed a draw- we were ordinary and it finished 0-0 (first game this season we were scoreless) + 2nd clean sheet of season (including vs last place where we let 3 goals in over 2 games).
Draw was fair result IMO- we definately didnt deserve to win- Entrance reckon they did but i dunno

U13C's vs EGO- 1st vs 6th. We won 6-0- missing 2 key players (one striker and one defender). Wonderful effort from our guys

We are off to finals now vs Toukley (lost 4-1 at home and 5-2 away). The next game will be a lot closer.

killarney aa2 needed to win this game against doylo to stay in the finals race so we were a little disappointed to see nine players turn up

anyway, we outplayd them and won two nil

now hoping that the entrance will draw or lose to the same doylo team next week so we can leapfrog them

not likely, but who knows

Awesome effort Mick considering your numbers. well done mate.

I watched the KDSC AA1s play Gwandalan at home. I'm know they lost but am unsure of the score (I think it was 2-0). Both teams had a players sent off in the 2nd half for an all in melee. Not sure what sparked it off though.

Yeah I watched your game after we played ours (AA4) against Terrigal on the next field. Had a couple of our players back up for the AA2 game, but still good performance by your blokes despite being short.
