The chat is in a weird state of non-existence as well.  Oh, and our Outbox's in the PM section are...... well, gone.

what's happened to the "jump to" box at the bottom......? that was really good, as it was always available immediately after teh last post of any thread....now alas, it's no more

i can only lock and remove threads that i have created
i feel this needs to be changed to me having full locking ability for the greater good of the forum
