Les Hornery is doing some research into home grown players that have played for the Mariners (and at my suggestion looking beyond the Mariners to other clubs too).

They need to have played club football on the Central Coast?

This is probably as good a place as any for the info - anybody got any contributions?

He's got as far as getting the Mariners players, and he's up to:
    • Porter
    • Simon
    • Trott
    • Bozanic
    • McAndrew
    • Brown
    • Clark
    • Kwasnik
    • Redmayne
    • Vanstrattan
    In that conversation I've added
    • Caira
    • Payne
    Any others out there?

    Jamie McMaster - Umina United

16yo at Leeds United alongside fellow Aussies in the squad Harry Kewell & Mark Viduka , loaned/played for heaps of other UK clubs.
    Chose England U18's & U21's over Aus.

'The only player to ever get the better of Kevin Muscat in an A-League match' pure gold.

So much talent. Shame he didn't have that all important 'right attitude' that's a must have for athletes of today. What could have been ???

Now with Southerland Sharks in NSW NPL

If you're talking about Blake Tuxford

He played for CCFC but I believe he's from St Johns Park, WSyd ... Bonnyrigg area.
& has yet to make an appearance in the A-League or above, which is the criteria ;)
