ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Bogey Teams

Who are your clubs bogey teams??  You know those fixtures that when they come up you just go "ugh, not this one again".

Mariners - Newcastle away, Wellington away, and QLD at home.

Manchester United - Portsmouth away, Boro away, Bolton away.  I detest these games, and will _almost_ endorse a defensive strategy to get away with a 1-0 win.

Blackburn Rovers-West Ham United, they broke their run of 4-0 loses with a win against us(last season, and im sure it was 4-0 loses, or some sought of streak like that), and always seem to cause is issues, a draw is a win for me in this one.

Really us? actually now that I think of it we have even pulled off some results at the so called threatre of dreams

In past years bogey teams have been anyone below us on the table (atm that gives us stoke and west brom ;):p

In all seriousness Newcastle seems to be our biggest (can only think off 2 wins in about 7 seasons lots of draws though, doesn't matter how shite they are doind they seem to either beat us or draw with us. On the flip side we seem to go well against arsenal the last 5 or so

Liverpool - anyone in the bottom half of the competition, especially clubs that have just been promoted.
