ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

In my opinion, it's morally wrong, like sleeping with your best mate's luscious girlfriend, repeatedly
i see no problem with this scenario...imo i would be doing my mate a favour by proving to him that she is not right for him as she is willing to cheat on him

Its like insider trading really.

Get someone else to act on your info for a cut.

These people should be fined for sheer stupidity if nothing else

You all honestly think there are no other a-league players who bet on other a-league games?

Come on

I'm disappointed at the amount they are betting, considering how much they get paid.

Lets say you get a bonus for winning. Makes sense to lay some of that off to get something back even if you lose.

Like buying both put and call options really.

Brebner had a pretty big gambling addiction in scotland
When i was Hib's last weekend and talking to all the media out there they discussed with me the reason Grant Brebner left Hibernian and Scotland. The reason was because he was so deep in his gambling problems he had to leave to get out. He still owes people in Scotland a bit of money from what i hear. So i could't believe my ears when i heard about this gambling problem one week after being told of such problems. I have just talked to a few of the media in Scotland and they just laughed it off as being Grant Brebner. Will be interesting to see if more comes out of this.
