Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Have we ever won 5nil before? I was really confident before the game but didn't expect that score and was thinking 2-1.

Game was won by the midfield tonight. Absolutely owned the middle of the park.

Plenty has been said about Nizzy and he was the maestro again tonight, pulled the strings for the whole game. However, it was Max that shone tonight. He was incredible.

My MOM goes to Miller. That was a Socceroos selection performance. His best game of the season. Better than anything Grant or King has produced this season. Why the nounce wants to play centre back is beyond me.

Just got home, I think I've about finished sulking about the shit ref's now, time to snap out of it!

Me and my mate were part of the 2840 attendance. Small crowd but very vocal active support again, great work.

Fantastic performance from the team, a real joy to watch that football. Fast paced, forward looking, great one touch play, really exciting and enjoyable. We're not missing Boz at all and the whole team seems to have lifted, wonder what's happened there...

Ballard had the best game I've seen from him, very strong performance and Miller was outstanding, so powerful and fast. It was a shame to see Noah come off he was doing really well and combining well with Farrel and the front two. Cummings movement off the ball is excellent, the way he pulls defenders out of position and runs through the defence is high class. Rowles so solid at the back tonight. I was chatting with my mate saying there wasn't really a player I could pick that had a shocker. And that touch from Kuol for the goal, unreal.

Wellington were poor but it's still no easy feat to pump another A-League team 5-0. Glad I was there for it, that one will stick in the memory for a while.

Twas sitting in the eastern stand near half way on the northern end....

Very impressed by the Smith / Farrel combo on our left... Smith constantly communicating and they way they simply fill in for each other was pure class....

Special mention to Miller, IMO needs one more year in the A-L and he is set to go to Europe .... his speed aggression, and stepping and fast feet skills IMO will have him not only a Socceroo but in a decent European club as well...
