ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Sorry, but a true fan does not swap allegiances due to management personnel changes. You support your local club (well team more than club probably for most of us, given MC’s stewardship since he took over) pure and simple. If CCM ever folded, I don’t think there is any way I could become a supporter of another club, as it would just feel like a betrayal personally.

Be angry at the club when it drops the ball (as it undoubtedly has on numerous occasions) but always back the team at the end of the day.
I feel this way too. And boy have I wanted to ditch this club in recent years, but I just can't do it.

Everybody is different though I guess.

There is concern that with social media younger fans are becoming fans of players not teams. So unfortunately you may see more of it in the future. This for all sports

I think the fireworks being cancelled is going to significantly affect crowd numbers negatively tonight.

They should move the game back to 7.45. It’s still going to be hot until around 8pm for the change. That way the sun is gone and makes it much more comfortable to watch. There is no pressure to lose the crowd with the fire works

I read somewhere that Perth’s weather has been similar to ours recently add to that that they have lost 3 hrs coming here. I’m optimistic about this one...

Anyone know the expected crowd? Pax numbers are saying over 10k...

All the Prawn sandwich seats are sold out. Should be 10k plus but this heat and the lack of fireworks will deter a few that were undecided.

I can't go but gave my pass to a brand new Coastie to enjoy.
