ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

If we dont give away set pieces in range then I think we've got a great chance to win this. They've scored a heap of set piece goals from memory. Could be another one that we need to tough out.

There team seems very fractured, an early goal to heap the pressure on and let them turn on each other.

City are going to spank someone soon when it all comes together but I don't think it will be this weekend.
Maybe a draw.....but we could surprise due to our confidence.
Scott is totally on the money in relation to our dead ball defending.

We used to rarely play well at home either. In Okon we trust.
Also look at our track record over the ditch until the 4-1 route of the Nux. I’m with Big Al an early goal may see them implode, the Jets issue was they didn’t take their chances and slowly let them into the game. The city players were abusing each other and don’t seem 100% behind Joyce. 6 goals for McCormack and none of them have been rolling so BK needs to keep up the good work especially from dead balls which they are bound to get one or two opportunities against us. I’m sure PO will have them focused and we now have some belief.

I'm an idiot savant without the pesky savant bit
2 weeks ago a draw with Manchester City South would of been a bonus, but now, I wouldn’t be surprised if we roll em , they shouldn’t of won the other day, and with our confidence going in the only thing to stop us will be a VAR f**kup....and that’s quite possible, the way the VAR keeps f**kin up games

Might need to change the thread title lol...

“Playing in the domestic league in Australia was always an important career goal for me, and my experience here has been fulfilling from start to finish,” Cahill said

So fulfilling from start to finish. I presume finish means he's heading overseas?

Still TBD , but at 38 who would guarantee him the playing time he is looking for? Can only see him headed to somewhere like Indonesia ,India ,etc

Well the O35A comp has been getting stronger.....Gossie or Umina short of a striker, perhaps? Would make a good impact player there, off the bench.

Maybe the UAE, apparently their transfer period starts up next week. They would have the cash to pay him and he would get game time over there.

Don't see him staying in the HAL.

We were one of the few clubs that never booed him when he visited, so he knows we respect him. Would love it to happen just from the PR perspective but marquees can often have a really destabilising effect on teams imho.
