Funny you should say that. An article from about 90 minutes ago seems to say he has signed for FC Emmen: http://www.dvhn.nl/nieuws/sport/sei...ekent-bij-fc-emmen-11489883.html#.U9X8WfmSyv8

Therefore welcomes coach Joop Gall an experienced force in his selection.Seip began his professional career at BV Veendam and then played for SC Heerenveen, a series of English Championship clubs and VVV Venlo.

Gall wants, just two weeks before the start of the season at home against Tottenham Hotspur, still like a striker and a midfielder at. FC Emmen more news in the newspaper of the North Monday

It's a little confusing, but it seems he has left the Mariners and signed a two year deal at FC Emmen. And I'm *very* sure that De Graafschap does not translate to be Tottenham Hotspur.

Anyhoo, we're in need of another defender, but we've freed up some cap space.

Pinching there players right before the tie seems perfect.

Yeah very badly written on what he is trialling for but sounds like NYL

Here we go again!!! NYL trials all but over everywhere else now they come knocking. CCM will never learn. WW 8th in 1st grade and 10th in 20's. Both sides would find the going tough against current CCMA 20's and 1st grade.
Ryan, Sainsbury, Duke, Ibini, Fitzgerald and Amini, even Trifiro, kinda shoots down the here we go again argument.
And just because other clubs sign other players doesn't mean the Mariners miss out.
How about Kalik, Rose, Slater, Curran, Neill, Morton, Pandurevic, Bingham, MacFarlane as an indication of our continuing to invest in youth?
Who were the mystery players at training last week?
And maybe some of the kids from CCMA 20's might get a go too?

Sometimes the best of the rest are the best. More to prove or not liked because they don't know the right people.
Or at that age haven't matured yet or still grow or develop their game.

All that really matter is the A League teams results. That's what the fans turn up for.

Oh Yes, I can see the Mariners breaking the bank for the has-been Ronaldinho
It would be a bigger signing than ADP. We would have bandwagoners galore, shirt sales, attendances...can't see how he wouldn't pay for himself, depending how high the wages are.

Apparently wanted $2m a game last year.

Absolutely no way he will end up in Aus. MLS will scoop him before A League
